To provide services at the highest level, we try to constantly improve our qualifications and knowledge through training in the field of: modern design methods, support of the latest design management software, and knowledge of the latest technical solutions.
Project management
In order to ensure the highest standards and to effectively run the projects we deal with, our Managers undergo a series of trainings:
- PRINCE2 project management methodology – high efficiency of project management, high control of individual project stages, high quality
- time and task management in practice – ability to organize and plan, effectively managing tasks, interacting with other people in the implementation of common tasks and projects
Building Certification
To design buildings in accordance with certificates such as BREEM and LEED, and obtain their high rating, our designers undergo training in this field.
Training in design using the latest software
To design at the highest level, thus meeting the investors’ requirements, we constantly undergo training in the use of the software on which we work.
Knowledge of devices and technical solutions
Only people with extensive knowledge of the devices and solutions they design can do a high level project. With this in mind, our designers increase their knowledge of both general design solutions and specific devices of a particular manufacturer by participating in trainings, symposia, etc.
