We are pleased to present another residential project in Warsaw, where the MC2 team was responsible for comprehensive BIM design in Revit, as well as design support at the building permit and detailed design stages.
This is another building within a larger residential complex, delivered in cooperation with A1 Włodzimierz Kwieciński architectural studio. We highly value this model of cooperation — structured, partnership-based, and supported by efficient multidisciplinary coordination. It is an example of a design process we would like to see more often.
The construction of the building is now nearing completion, and according to the current schedule, it should be ready for occupancy before the summer holidays.
In this project, we used BIM/Revit as our core working tool: for installation modelling, 3D coordination, clash detection, and the preparation of consistent documentation. In residential buildings of this scale, this has a significant impact on the quality of the design and the subsequent construction process.
